Well, I have loved being a nanny for 25 years, and that privilege continues to this day. In that time I have had to deal with tantrums, fussy eaters, sibling rivalry…all the things that are a normal part of growing up for many families. Throughout the years, and countless children later, I have come to learn what works and what doesn’t work with children, how to motivate them, and how to adapt just about anything in order to better facilitate the needs of an individual child. I am also a qualified teacher, so in putting the two skills together, I am able to provide a fully-rounded environment that promotes all aspects of learning.

Putting together those years of knowledge, passion and experience, I decided to create tinyparents.com as a means to pass that knowledge on. The advice, ideas, tips and tricks are all based on my own opinion and experience as a nanny, and come in small, bite-size pieces because as every parent knows, time is a precious commodity and most people just do not have enough of it!
